THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. SUN SAFETY INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THE APP IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL OR DERMATOLOGICAL ADVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUNFAMILY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SunFamily from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the App.
All content, design, and functionality of the App are owned by SunFamily or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without permission.
We may terminate your access to the App if you violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior. Upon termination, your subscription will be cancelled and you will lose access to premium features.
The App may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.
We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdictions in which SunFamily operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
